What we have delivered.

The parent organization of Safe Steels, Nepa Engineering Works, is a pioneer in the sector and has four decades of experience fabricating and erecting bridges, towers, gates, pipes and building frames. Since the establishment of Safe Steels, fabrication, galvanization and erection of more than 15 steel truss bridges, 3 plate girder bridges, more than 40 trial bridges, and a number of building frames and trusses has been completed by the new team.

    Design

    Structural design and detailing worked out against your specification, load cases and site constraints.

  2. Welding arc and sparks during steel fabrication
    02

    Fabrication

    Cutting, drilling, bending, pressing and welding in our 1,500 m² Chitwan workshop.

  3. Hot dip galvanized steel scaffolding components with zinc coating
    03

    Galvanization

    Hot dip galvanizing in our own 800 m² unit — no third-party handoff, no schedule slip.

  4. Ironworkers installing structural steel support beams on site
    04

    Supply & Erection

    Delivered to site and erected by our own crews, through to handover.
