Establishment of an in-house laboratory for general testing and collaboration with the Central Material Testing Laboratory, Lalitpur, for specific testing of raw materials and finished goods are a few of the evidences of our quality commitment.

For specific testing we collaborate with the Central Material Testing Laboratory in Lalitpur — independent verification, not self-certification.
The galvanizing plant runs on semi-automated control for consistent bath chemistry, immersion time and coating thickness.
Design, fabrication, galvanizing and erection all sit with one company. There is no gap between trades for defects to hide in.
Standards we work to
Coating thickness on our galvanized sections follows the minimum mean coating thickness set out in ISO 1461, matched to the thickness of the steel section.

Reference values from ISO 1461. Project specifications may require a heavier coating — tell us the requirement and we will confirm against it.
